These terms apply to giveaways, sweepstakes, contests and other prize promotions (each, a “Promotion”) offered by Platinum Distributions Inc.™, Wellnx Life Sciences Inc.™, Joyburst™ (“Joyburst” or “Sponsor”), unless the official rules for a particular Promotion state otherwise. Each Promotion may have additional rules identifying its dates, eligibility, entry method, prizes and winner selection process. Those promotion-specific rules control if they conflict with these general terms.
1. Eligibility
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion rules, entrants must be legal residents of the United States or Canada and have reached the age of majority where they live. Employees of Joyburst™, its affiliates and promotional partners, and members of their immediate families or households may be ineligible. Promotions are void where prohibited.
2. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win a chance-based Promotion. A purchase will not improve the odds of winning. Each Promotion will specify its entry methods, deadlines and limits, including any free alternative entry method required by applicable law.
3. Entries
Entrants must follow the instructions provided for the applicable Promotion. Entries must be submitted within the stated entry period and comply with any stated limits. Joyburst™ may reject incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries, subject to applicable law.
4. Prizes
The applicable Promotion rules will identify the number and description of prizes, their approximate retail values and any fulfillment conditions. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Substitutions may be made only as permitted by law. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes and expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by the method described in the applicable Promotion rules, which may include a random drawing or judging against disclosed criteria. For random drawings, odds depend on the number of eligible entries received unless otherwise stated. Potential winners may be asked to confirm eligibility and complete prize acceptance documentation. Canadian potential winners may be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question, as applicable.
6. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with a Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Joyburst Privacy Policy and applicable law. It may be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, notify potential winners and deliver prizes. Marketing communications require any separate consent required by law.
7. Social Media
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, Promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform. Entrants must comply with the relevant platform rules.
8. Administration
Joyburst™ may disqualify anyone who tampers with a Promotion or violates its rules. If fraud, technical issues or circumstances beyond Joyburst’s reasonable control affect a Promotion, Joyburst™ may modify, suspend or cancel it only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Promotion-Specific Rules
Each Promotion should publish or link to its own official rules stating the entry period, eligible locations and ages, entry instructions, prize quantities and values, selection method, winner notification process, and any required regional disclosures. These general terms do not replace those disclosures.
